At Brows by Katelyn, your satisfaction is our priority. We are committed to providing high-quality brow services and ensuring every client leaves feeling confident and happy with their results.

Refund Policy 

Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds on any services once they have been performed. This policy applies to all appointments and treatments without exception.

Our Commitment to Correcting Any Issues

If you are dissatisfied with your service for any reason, we are happy to offer a correction or adjustment rather than a refund. Our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your results.

To be eligible for a correction:

  • You must notify Brows by Katelyn within 72 hours of your original appointment date.

  • The concern must be related to the service performed.

  • The correction appointment must be scheduled within a reasonable timeframe based on availability.

Failure to contact us within the 72-hour window will result in the service being considered complete and accepted.
