brows by katelyn is committed to providing a welcoming and inclusive experience for all clients. We strive to ensure that our services and website are accessible and usable for everyone.
Physical Accessibility
Our business is located inside a building that does have a wheelchair-accessible ramp at the main entrance. However, please note that our suite is located on the second floor and is accessible by stairs only. At this time, there is no elevator access available within the building.
We understand that this may create a barrier for some guests, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
If you have mobility concerns or questions about accessibility prior to booking, we encourage you to contact us so we can discuss your needs and determine how we may best assist you.
